Do you remember skinny jeans and “Fast Car” when it was sung by Tracey Chapman first time round? Well just like all good music and fashion comes round again – so does the opportunity to get involved in a team sport.
Vintage Laces is for anyone who enjoyed being part of a club when they were younger and wants to have the opportunity to get fitter, meet some new friends and play /learn how to play football.
Average age so far is around 39 but if you’re younger or older don’t count yourself out. We chop and change what we are doing to make sure everyone has a chance to take part and have some fun.
Vintage Laces runs on Wednesday evenings from 7pm -8pm at Stepney Green Astro E1 3NG. Call 07702 948546 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details or just turn up. It’s free. No specialist equipment or clothing required, just trainers and something comfortable. It’s a female only session led by a female coach. No experience or fitness necessary. Sense of humour an advantage.
